    well first of all common sense should indicate that there is absolutely no reason to single out lvl 105s from the 104s, 103s, etc. Also I'm pretty sure Rinc used them after 105, so there's no debate about it.

    PWI does not always adhere to common sense.

    I remember Ast giving me all her attack charms because it wasn't usable with the R9 bow

    It's best to stay 99% and 104 until it's confirmed (that's what I'm doing) because PvP will blow without defense charms.

    It would be nice to hear it from a 105 themselves on here.
