hi , I wanted to ask if these stones for refine transfer from an item to other will be on sale later or not.

    Um, they have never been implemented here and the last official response that we have was something along the lines of "we are discussing it".

    Considering how it works, they would quite obviously lose money, though the uproar caused by the Nirvana scandal might be reason enough for them to do it.
