need help making an archer

i need some tips since i am new to the game, i must say i love PKing ALOT i use to play runescape had a mad ranger PKer 95 range 72 combat. anyways what id like to know is i'm new

what attribute points should i level the most? what skills are needed to maintain a good archer for Pking in this game? id like to come and play anyone who challenges me just let me get ready first:)
