I think you should put up a roleplaying section on the forums. That way people have a section to post their stories or talk about RP matters.

    well there are people who like this stuff and almost every forum i've seen has 1. So if you need to talk about any rp matter in perfect world people can find it easier, or at least talk about it.

    That seems fine. People who have similar interests can have their fun there.

    But Arcane's compromise sounds good. A War Room will eventually be necessary. Unlike what the GMs seem to believe, the War Room won't be some vigilante section of the forum filled with Real Life threats, ****, and general debauchry. Rohan's Forums has a War Room for each server. Now this isn't Rohan, yes I know, but I liked the idea of the War Room because it gave a place for all the smack talk. You're gonna have smack talk regardless. It's just better to keep it contained in a forum where people KNOW that it'll be smack talk, so they can avoid it if they wish. There would still be rules and guidelines, just more lax on the "insulting each other" part.

    Not many people are creepy on the RP forums, and those who are creepy are purposely trying to be creepy and trying to mess up the experience.

    I agree that at some point that we'll need a "War Room" or a "General Discussion" forum for each server (which could function as a "War Room").

    Instead of a pure roleplaying forum, they could have a "Storytelling, Fiction, and Roleplaying Forum" instead (or like "Experience Discussion"). On the Chinese server, they sort of have a storytelling section, where people write stories about their characters and experience in the game (and it helps there some events for story telling.)

    Example from Chinese forum badly translated by Google translate:

    And sure, what the hell, I don't see how an RP, writing, or art section could hurt either. I'm not the type to actually use those, but there are people who would.
