I have a problem with logging into my account

I have a seeker in an other account, and I can't remember my user name at all

Is there any way you can help me, I don't even remember my email for that account.

You'll have to send a support ticket or email customer support at customerservice@perfectworld.com to try and restore access to your account. PWI staff don't really check the forums unfortunately.

It's likely customer support will want some info from you to confirm the account is yours, like information on the characters on the account, billing information if you provided any, etc.
