I demand a compensation for the G17 items that i've lost, the genie that i bought and now is not there anymore, also the star chart reroll that i realized i lost that aswell and it will be impossible for me to re-obtain
After 2 days i got an automated response at my ticket and they simply ignored everything i wrote in the tickets
I want an official response to my case.

As everyone should see this I will be closing a number of open threads at which this resolves.

Sorry but they have issued a statement to all players. Case by case will be done by CS. Making demands on the forums will not get any results. Most of us lost something some more than others.

All threads to this nature are being closed unless they can remain constructive, on point and fair.

Any reposts or failures to follow the rules may result in some form of action.
