infinite disconnect

I would like to know when you are going to fix the drops problem.
previously when we took disconect, we forced the account and we returned to the game.
few times we took disconect, but now we get it many times and we can not force the account to return to the game immediately.
this delay of the disconect takes about 20 ~ 30 minutes for the account to disconnect and we can return to the game, with that we are always harmed when running the instances and the cross server as tws and nws.
I expect due attention to this, since it is not worth having new updates with resolutions and more if the simpler can not be fixed / solved.

    You didn't ask a question but if you want some hints about the disconnecting issue you could take a look in another forum: not this one (General Discussion) but Support Desk. Also keep on trying to expect things, we even have a forumthread for it!

    these forums are not user friendly , they are **** confusing to say the least

    These forums are user friendly jofooch but there should be a question to answer. In this case visiting the Support Desk should help however some reading is involved. :)
