Suggestion for a new PvP-Event

Hi guys... and GMs @kalystconquerer#0876

while doing Heavenfall I realized something: "Wouldn't it be awesome if you could PvP with all those buffs on?" and so I thought...hell yeah, why not?

I imagine is as some sort of battle royal, anyone vs anyone, no squads, no nothing.

The rules would be simple. Every time that you kill someone, you got to use one of the heavenfall buffs which there are:

+5000 Physical/Magical attack
+30 Attack level
+10 Defense Level
+3000 Physical Defense
+3000 Magical Defense
+2000 HP

The limit of those buffs should be the same as in the Heavenfall Temple and people with lower gear/soulforce should instantly be allowed to use several of those buffs from the start to balance things out.

Using Soulforce obviously could be abused, so I guess finding a value in between would be best or creating a new one at all. Count all the stats together and based on that value you will be ranked. The higher the rank, the lesser the amount of buffs you got from the get go.

Something like this in terms of how we should calculate the points:

Attack/Defense level and crit should be multiplied by 500.
Attack Rate should be multiplied by 10000.
Spirit should be multiplied by 100.
Penetration should be multiplied by 30.
HP, Physical and Magical Defense, Soulforce, Accuracy, Evasion as well as Physical and Magical base damage should be counted as it is.

So as an example:

If you have 25000 HP, 25000 Physical Defense, 50000 Magical Defense, 60000 Base damage (combined phys and magical), 1000 Accuracy, 1200 Evasion, 30% crit, 140 Attack Level, 100 Defense Level, 1.0 Attack Rate, 50000 Soulforce, 350 Penetration and 2000 Spirit:

25000+25000+50000+60000+1000+1200+(30x500=15000)+(140x500=70000)+(100x500=50000)+(1x10000=10000)+50000+(350x30=10500)+(2000x100=200000) = 567700

So you obviously need to have certain tiers and perks, the tiers I now present are just estimations and are not 100% accurate:

Tier 1: 1-100000 = You should start out with 12 Buffs
Tier 2: 100001-200000 = You should start out with 10 Buffs
Tier 3 200001-300000 = You should start out with 8 Buffs
Tier 4 300001-400000 = You should start out with 6 Buffs
Tier 5 400001-500000 = You should start out with 3 Buffs
Tier 6 500001-650000 = You should start out with 1 Buff
Tier 7 650000+ = You have to kill 2 people before you can even gain a buff

I guess this would make it pretty balanced and give even extremely low geared people a fighting chance. Ofc, those are just suggestions..the values can be changes ofc.

Now, since ppl will now obviously try to cheat this system by just unequipping their gear and all that. Nope. When you register for the event then you should make sure you got the gears you wanna take with you. In the arena it should be IMPOSSIBLE to change gears at all. So yeah, if you unequip all your gear than you will have no gear at all for the fight. This is also to prevent people from massively switching between their weapons, g17 and such...this ridiculous abuse has hurt the PvP quite a bit. Sure, take your G17 with you, but then you have no other weapon and no other procs than that. No purge, No Defense weapon, No blessing switch, nothing. What you wear when you enter is what you wear when you leave. This would prevent any possible abuse and actually create a fair environment for anyone, especially lower geared people.

I guess this covers the whole of my idea. What do you guys think?

Personally..I think this would be insanely amazing and I would be happy beyond belief if this would actually make it's way into our version. Like this..even people that just started out could compete in PvP..that would attract loads of people and could revitalize this game because, if you don't mess with the Tiers too much..it is pretty balanced. Sure, better gears should give you an advantage, especially after you've gained some buffs of your own but until then...lower geared people will be able to compete with you somewhat.

Please let me know if you have suggestions of how we could further improve this. Thank you!

EDIT: I knew I forgot something:

If you die, you lose 20% of your accumulated buffs. If you can't split it to 25% then it will always be rounded up (means you will always lose a buff, no matter what happens. If you have 4 buffs and you die then you will lose 2. If you have 7 then you will lose 2 as well. This is too prevent people from dropping too hard. However, if you have more than 20 buffs, you will lose 35% íf you die and if you have over 40 buffs then you will lose 50% when you die.

20 minute time limit. The one with the most kills wins the round.

EDIT2: Made some further adjustments.
