why do mag toon get phys attack and phys penetration , and phys toon get mag penetration MP and what else,
in first place , star chart should be depend of what toon it is of what stats is able to get, just a point of view , mabye bad developement or china want the world of cash , to much gambling to get bad stats .
in first place every player should be able to chose what stats he /she need or want , depend of gear etc , even gear should be able to chose what stats to chose , and not be random tombola reward .

hello china , there is still much to do, ( rethinking ) rocking a good way to keep player .
mabye , Advertisement inside game could be an option from RL companys to let game be free to play

    well everything u said is valid... but i don't think arc will change it even though we want it.
