Different Mouse Pointer

Is it possible to make a different mouse pointer for in game? I keep "losing" my mouse pointer, as it blends in alot into the back ground/enivironment. If so, what must I do and where? Thank you.

There is probably a thread here somewhere with old client version files.​​
