Make War Avatar Artifact Account Stash-Able

Please make the War Avatar Artifact able to be put into Account Stash. It will encourage the playerbase to farm Faction Base Materials required to craft S cards. http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/items/42190
A bunch of S cards rot on never played alts. It won't be gamebreaking either, since we still need to aquire an S card first, to turn it into an Artifact.
Making War Avatar Artifacts account stashable will keep the Faction Base Trials and the Flowsilver Palace alive.
