My worldchat is broken ?

So i've been trying to talk on worldchat, and it doesnt seem to work...
On any toon or client o.O

Tried to log off and on. Didnt work.

I keep getting the message:
"You must wait one second between messages sent to the world channel"


Last time i wrote on WC was like yesterday I think, so definitly not spamming lol.
As far as I can tell, it might even be since the update, I'm not sure if i tried worldchatting anything since then.

Anything I might be doing wrong?

Have you tried to remove these to the bank, try sending a WC to see what the message says.

Relog, remove them from the bank and try again? Log what the message says again.

If the same thing happens Contact Support.
