9th Anniversary Mount

The code for the 9th Anniversay mount works BUT when the Mount is delivered to the in-game mail box it is unretrieveable. The mount does not appear in the inventory. I did this 8 times. Same thing. Recieved the mail, selected the attachment, but nothing in the inventory. Now the code (llinrnN8) on the ARC page tells me that the code has already been redeemed. After 8 attempts NO MOUNT :( I submitted a support ticket) I am NOT the only player with this issue.
