Changing my paypal account on arc

I've been trying to change my paypal settings in arc so that it draws from paypal credit instead of directly out of my account. When i tried locating the place to make said change, not only could i not find the place, but it also occured to me that unlike other places i pay with paypal, arc doesn't ask me to sign into paypal every time i pay and give me the option at checkout to pay with paypal credit instead of right out of my account.

I know i've used paypal credit to but gold in arc before, so i guess what i'm asking is. where can i change my settings so i can choose which way i want to pay each time? And where can i set it so i'm not just automatically logged into paypal, and once again have to enetr my paypal password every time i make a purchase?

I'm sure it's probably something simple I've overlooked, so if yall could point me in the right direction and tell me which button i pushed to cause these problems, i would be greatful.
