Selling Dragon Quest items

Hi,
I was wondering something. Alot of players are selling their DQ items, but when I am doing the same, nobody is buying my items.
I am pretty sure I am not overselling them, i am under de prices that the rest is selling them for.
Has anybody got some tips for me?
Tips to make some money on other items are also appreciated. I am kinda new to this game.
