X-TW Server issue

Wait some min and it automatically timeout and youre able to go bakc to your server, 2nd try having same issue atm here

I was fearing this when someone posted earlier in the week that they had a character in the cross server that they were unable to pull out and back to their main server e.e

Nothing was deleted. Several were merged.​​

Nah, this one is different. You would sometimes in the past month 'disconnect' ina way and have to wait on timeout to relog then enter. This time its not remotely letting you try to connect to it

First attempt I got dced when trying to log in, 2nd attempt it said "Cannot login to server" or something like that. Yep, seems like no xTW this weekend.

I'd be willing to bet since they turned off x-tourney, they turned off this server, and forgot all about xtw running on it.​​

Which is why I left a redirect. General Discussion needs to stop being the trash dump where everyone goes without thinking. There is a LOT more to the forum than GD, if only you guys would bother to look.​​

Imagine having 4 battles in Swirling Dragon Camp this week, those lands can't be attacked for another 3 or 4 weeks, that's a free 120-160 points due to server issues Poor Crisis

No one on Etherblade can connect to the XTW server. Every either gets force logged off or timed out if they do manage to make it. Are any other servers having the same issue?

Threads are being merged not deleted. It's better to have one thread than multiple ones so GMs can just look at this one thread for the issue.

It was to be expected since someone reported their character was stuck on xTW server earlier this week. I hope this can be fixed soon.

Yes, call the people you're supposed to be supporting idiots. Yes great support mod delete threads people are creating without explanation or linking them together (for the record the closed thread shows up as page cannot be found so we can't see where they were moved to just that it was removed) This looks like you're purposefully removing support threads lol so that's why people are freaking out.

You're causing more chaos in an already chaotic environment.

I realize there isn't much you can do in this situation but you should be putting fires out not adding fuel to them.

On an actual note, why does pwi not have some sort of basic regression testing they do throughout the week or during maintenance that covers most modules, especially weekend events like xtw which a lot of people attend? I don't feel very confident in our PWI team even though I realize they heavily rely on the chinese developers, testing for faults and QA is very simple....

Pretty sure he's not an employee, just a volunteer that has to put up with a lot of **** from noobies.

@shopalong#1200 I think it's probably a side-effect of shutting down the 3vs3 and 6vs6 fights. They likely both ran on the same x-server.

He's just a community mod. He's doing this for free. He can call us w/e he wants as long as it falls under ToS.
