Award Ultimate Substance for bh III Soulbanisher: Dimensic

As most are aware, an Ultimate Substance is required to spawn Soulbanisher: Dimensic, because this boss only spawns on High boss setting. Which means in order to open the cave, it costs money to get BH, aside from normal costs of repairs and pots. I should not need to spend money to get my BH done. Either award an ultimate substance for bh III reward for Soulbanisher: Dimensic (or maybe just have a 1 in 6 chance of it), or allow Soulbanisher: Dimensic to spawn on Medium boss setting, or remove the sub cost to open tt 1-2 altogether.
