[PSA] Extra Life Rewards Going Out!

Hello PWI players!

We have started disbursing the Extra Life Rewards from donations! So if you receive items in your mailbox and aren't sure where it came from, it will be from that! If you do not receive your Extra Life donation items by the end of the week, but you know you did donate, please open up a ticket with Customer Support!

If you happen to be one of the few anonymous donators who did not list details but wanted your prizes, you will not be able to get item disbursements sorted out until after January 2nd 2017, due to the PWE offices being out for the holidays.

Important notice: We discovered that some titles that were selected for the Extra Life Event to be given to players have stats while others did not. In light of this, we will hold off on sending titles until after January 2nd 2017, but all other rewards will still be disbursed!

    Update : Sent out rewards to three players, will need to contact one because a character was not specified.

    Need to contact two higher tier donators to make sure the characters specified are the ones they want the rewards to go to.

    Update # 2 : Sent out another reward today. In the process of contacting the remaining players to sort out their characters they want it sent to.

    If anyone sees Elyania of Twilight Temple or Namanari of Tideswell please let me know! I will be popping in and our of game all day today to try and catch these two players as well.
