Cube Neck Refinement Transfer

I currently have a +11 puzzle cube badge: vain (1st stage) and am planning to upgrade it to a NW cube neck. Does anyone know how many chienkuns the puzzle cube patroller in SE archosaur charges to transfer refines all the way to puzzle badge: broken?

And also whether the upgrade to the NW neck from the broken badge removes all refines or requires chienkuns?

    Each recast loses the refine you are better off going back to +0 and rerefine I believe this is a lot cheaper

    An option you could do is try to trade it to someone for an unrefined neck and some money and then use the unrefined neck in the upgrade I know a few people who have done that and you get the neck to upgrade and some money for the refines instead of just losing them​​
