Warsong Wep

looking for some advice. I am a returning player and wanted to get a few ideas for my psy. Before I left I had went the r8 route for wep and armor saving up for the r9. I am sitting on a pile of mog's so I am guessing I can just cash out get a set of g16 armor and possibly a warsong wep. Wondering if it is worth it or just do the g16 wep and be done. Coming back to the game this time will be more casual for me and wont be in pursuit of r9rr or trying to be pvp king but dont mind a little bling and I heard the warsong weps hit hard and I dont mind playing a glass cannon.

    probably looking at around 1 billion to put together new armor and wep
