Reduce Banner Size

Some users fill a half page with like 3+ banners. Please make some forum rules about maximal banner size and amount.

I think you mean the Signature.

Go into your signature settings and select one of these options...

• Hide signatures always
• Strip images out of signatures

You can also use Adblock Plus to hide them.
If you use Asty's forum enhancements plugin it limits the size of the signature box to either 250 or 300px (I forget which off the top of my head.)
