    Yeah mine still hasnt come into existence. It says ive been given $5, however I have no option to transfer it or do anything with it. :(

    If you go to Purchase History, is there a "Transfer" button in the upper right of the screen?

    Sadly not Sheepy. Only archived transactions. The $5 has no transaction id and has not been transferred to any server or game, so I'm kind of confused on where it's gone/what it's doing XD

    You should have yours transferred now :)

    That is really strange, can you open a support ticket? Maybe they can look at your account and figure out what is going on. :) Sorry, I can't see player account information.
