    I asssume you're talking about the New Form quest, which is not broken. Or you could mean the Lyceaum of cultivation which is also not broken.

    I meant Lyceum veno quest and it doesnt start, mobs don't come and can't use skills

    You mean you can't attack the horseman to begin it? first off you have to be in pk mode and there is a way to glitch that so your not forced into white name if u dont want to be. after that you have hold ctrl + click the skill on the bar while targeting the horseman. that is important, do not us the hotkey! Actually click on the skill on the bar. Alot of times i notice that is the reason people can't get it started.
