Anyone on the PS4 that unlocked alchemy 25 before mod12 is not able to make distilled potions of exalted healing. Anyone that has unlocked level 25 alchemy after mod 12 came out does have access to making distilled exalted potions of healing. This is been like this since mod 12 came out. Could you please fix this bug? Thank you in advanced.
