I just got this reply to my support ticket: "Response By Email (Chancellor Knuckles) (03/18/2016 02:10 PM) Hello, We understand you are having issues with the Void Locket. I'm currently running Dazing Strike, Deft Strike and Oppressive Darkness with the Off Hand OD skill. I'm having a lot of fun using the Encounters to set people up for a DF as they are Dazed and slowed :-)
I really like the change to the shift power, but think that the new idle animation is a little strange and awkward looking. I think that having the warlock stand with their arms folded over their chest whilst idle would be a far better.
I'm currently running with Disheartening Strike, Duelist's Flurry at wills. Shadow Strike, Impact Shot and Lashing Blade for encounters, Hateful Knives and Bloodbath dailies and Tenacious Concealment and Dagger Threat for my class features. I'm using a Scoundrel, high HP and high deflect build with Fey Thistle and…
If the animation on this was any slower it would become almost totally useless. As it is with a single use of Disheartening Strike I can do over 10K damage. I'm perfectly happy with that.
I've been using the Tomb spider for a while. On my Level 60 TR it does seem to proc about 1% of the time and does about 800 damage when it does. No DoT.
The fourth Sharandar boon does feel very weak when compared to the equivalent Dread Ring boon. I was planning on getting my Sharandar boons first but have struggled to maintain interest so am just doing the Dread Ring at the moment.
What equipment did you use to get to 30-40% deflection? I'm finding it hard to get much above 10%. I'm only using rank 6 silveries currently. Is the trick just to upgrade the enchantments?
