here reason why, most of legacy quests are outdated and now barely a ghosttown zones at specific time, alone in that zone, no one shows up for BHE and cant get quest completed. i see flawed format. legacies dont need epic heroic encounters, more solo friendly quests.

it used to have a quest for scorpions, original version. pipeworks used to have 9 quests, and now there none except to defeat fire elemental tiefling boss.

i did kill mobs over and over, move around hoping to trigger. frustrating, i had my main and alts already completed. seem lately it become more bugged and not trigger with new characters.

avernus wasterland seem to be made for racing course, big differences for mob farm or quest projects, on Fiery Pit,, i noticed some areas now didnt have quests in pipeworks area, plus that zone still very dense spawns and on fast timer. just retire wandering scorpions, that would improve zone latecy and less clogged data

they did mess up, big time, forced to get other items before they pull out. seem they dont care. no compensation, just only "thank you for being suckers" and leave us unfinished and waited. i had my character made and reach 70 level in 3-4 days., should have all that reward prizes earned completely.
