This past weekend was entertaining. Blew up a lot of toons and was surprised how easy it was to knock off those that were difficult in the prior Mod. Its awesome how fast a TR will now drop. Most toons were 2-3 banged.
You are correct, want to avoid it because of the reset it does. When you hear someone complain about their interrupted ramp-up, its a cleanse like reset.
And there you go, now you can two shot. There is a better (faster casting) power that should not hit has hard as Commanding, but does! Also, don't forget to slip in the at-will.

Took the Mane and Curse ring off which slowed me down but countered with 160%+ defenses ignored and a Dread. Players farmed for these evil PvP breaking bits and those that don't farm suffer. So farm or sit it out. Find like minded and form PreM, XvX groups, etc.. Otherwise, this thread is ready to be chunked in the File 13 Rant waste bin.
Uh, Hawk and Commanding is bad, mmmkay. Don't use it if you can't cast them safely. Sheesh, the other thread promoted it so much. Move to a faster rotation. An opposing Archer can't get theirs off if you can basically rapid fire your encounters. Can't tell you how many complaints I got for running a trapper when I wasn't.
I don't see a problem with the piercing. Its the bulk of unmitigated damage that is the issue. It's no longer an issue for the PC, right?? Why does Gloaming need to be faster??? It does a great job now.
Same gear set, I don't support that. I spent a decent amount of time farming for my set in Chult. Kinda like it. If someone is sitting at the start x amount of time they should automatically be punted, even if they are moving. If someone is boosting their friends, we should not have to wait to punt them.
