  • Is there any way to make Grunt's challenge solo-able? I know it's impossibru to complete it solo, even though the rest of the Foundry CAN be done solo. -- Other than that, I absolutely loved your foundry. I suggested it to my guild!
  • End game in this game - that is, the TRUE end game - is Foundries. Play em and make em. That's why they exist.
  • Or, I don't know, mention to people that Foundries level you faster than everything else - even dungeons? Because they do. I've quadruple checked.
  • Looks like NW_Foundry or Foundry_NW - one of those - is already the official chat channel for Foundries. Dunno why... But yeah. It's already a thing.
  • Using RuneScape, botters have managed to tweak their skills to the point where they were able to do literally everything in the entire game just by using bot programs on their character. Same thing for Vindictus and, I believe, WoW....though I don't think too many botters even wasted their time with WoW. I mean, it was…
  • I ALWAYS use the Forgotten Realms wiki, mostly but not completely because I can't find proper wikis for the other two... I absolutely loved Dragonlance and I have yet to explore...was it Greyhawk? NW is set in FR, in case some people didn't know, so using that wiki gives the most accurate info.
  • How I do this? (still two-week nhub here)
  • Make it easier. I'm pretty sure that'll make sure no one ever complains about it being too hard again, since the next nerf will definitely work for nhubs...or the next...or the next...or the next... Heck, let's just make it doable solo with a Level 1! #ADAPTORDIE
  • Why are you worrying about the daily limit? You going on vacation from the game for half a year or something?
  • Put it in some place relevant to the event that NO ONE ever goes to like... Oh, I know! Blackdagger Ruins! Seeing as the questline talked about bandits tearing up merchants on the roads, that makes COMPLETE SENSE. And NO ONE goes in that area anymore, unless they want to do the, what, 10 quests that take an hour or less to…
  • Thanks for the feedback! ^^ I say that due to wanting the group to be active most of the time. You don't HAVE to be 100% Foundry, but the more you do Foundries rather than normal content, the more you'll be available to group up with. I want many purists, not all but a good amount, so that anyone can find someone to group…
  • I'm not a Foundry Author...yet. But I do play a Foundry-only character. I have played the majority of Foundries that have shown up in Best and New. Now, if I want to play a Foundry with an actual storyline rather than being a pure grindfest, I have to do the half-done Review Foundries. As a Foundry Purist, I also am…
  • The SHADRA Guild Foundry is good for 2-3 players. Atleast, the Warrior's Challenge part of it is. That takes the longest. You can have one or two people handling the Mage's Issue portion and one person handling the Bartender's Problem portion before or after the challenge, just to take care of those two parts. The…
  • ^ By that, as long as we aren't getting real money for it, and post it in some credits shown at the end of the Foundry, I think it would be fine to use others' music, as long as it falls under the educational/entertainment use laws. Some record companies bypass that law, which they shouldn't, but most don't.
  • The same answer someone else gave to this stupid comment of yours on the other thread. Go home. -- I'd like FULL customization. You know, to where there's NO default clothing messing up the outfit? Where we can literally craft - as in a "draw" application - designs for areas and outfits. I want to be able to FULLY…
  • ^ This. I have an idea: Let us upload our own music. And then, you can ADD A REPORT BUTTON to Foundries, to alert the devs of any explicit things the Author did not warn about.
  • Okay, I'm not sure if I was even able to read all of the above correctly... But I think you're saying that GWF has a high enough level of survivability to not worry about their HP or the actions of their teammates, correct? I agree. When I did the Crypts recently, the other GWF and I always ran ahead of the rest of the…
  • Banned for commenting on and failing to properly heed the rebanning for an infraction you were already warned about.
  • I commented in-game but, basically, I didn't like it. It was WAY too straightforward. Halloween is more than a theme...it's a holiday. It has a higher level. That just means that, as a holiday event, it needs FAR more in it. Like, for example, after you save the day, you join the party. Or before you get to town you have…
  • If you're having trouble with the Hexers, GROUP them. They're mages so they don't have too much HP to give you trouble if you gank them.
  • GWF is the most balanced class for PvE. CW is the nuker, just don't get hit. DC = GWF except that GWF kills faster while DC survives better. Just get good companions for both. NEVER get a tank if you want fast leveling or great combat. They exist to take damage - nothing more, nothing less. If you want a tank that actually…
  • I still want to see it... For treasury's sake...
  • Gotta grind 'em all! NEVERWINTER!!! :D
  • Make a video of this!!!
  • True, but WoW was the more popular one. EQ started the bastardization but WoW made it popular.
  • That's what it was SUPPOSED to be, then WoW came along and WoW players started infecting the entire MMO genre with their playstyle - gear-based, B2W, party-focus, PvP > PvE, etc - and all MMOs went to sh$t. Ah, back when games like Old RuneScape were popular and you could solo everything... <3
  • Niiice... Honestly, I think a Zen or AD compensation would be great as well. I hate B2W - but I do admit this being a B2W game, people were more suckered into buying these things. To just have their hard-earned money go to waste...is a terrible and unethical (business ethics) thing to do.
  • Bad, above, stated that fighting Bosses with Adds spawns was normal in MMOs. I have played well over 100 MMOs. They really aren't that different from console games - both console games and MMOs all use strategy, have individual genres and playstyles, etc, and many have proper end-game content/ Most of what I'm seeing when…
