How do you block Irene? Suspect the issue is too many connections are trying to hit the patch server/service all at once - failing as a result of not being available vs. not actually being there.

I can't seem to find any patch notes that specifically explain and address this change - many of us had a lot of Coalesed Magics saved up on multiple characters. Where did it go? Where is the refund?

I think that comment (Can you just ban them) is in reflection of previous actions by Cryptic in other similar circumstances where an exploit was acted and enforced on. Just set the tone once and be CONSISTENT is all were asking.
