  • The "Inventory Full" bug also exists when completing Foundry quests as well. I just discovered that today.
  • I noticed the sash is available from the after-event vendor. It's actually a nice relief considering how rough it was trying to get the thing to drop.
  • The other two components are certainly attainable, they seemed to accumulate at a reasonable rate during the event, and they were fun to work for. The sash, not so much. Having gone through over 50 pinatas between myself and friends (and I've heard of folks going through upwards of 200 pinatas from other social media…
  • Yeah, the cyclical class balance argument means that classes will never actually be balanced due to the release of ongoing content. It's probably safe to assume that there will be no new classes added as this could create the possibility for more class balancing. It's like offering a dog a treat but you keep pulling it…
  • Greetings Amy! What was your favorite aspect of bringing your character from the table to the digital realm? What was the most difficult part? Players can grow quite attached to their characters, especially those created from their own imagination. What emotions did you feel after being approached to allow the team at…
  • Demiliches in Chult are far too easy. The ones in-game are more like floating reanimated skulls. Demiliches are more powerful than normal liches and have no need for their bodies anymore. We should be soiling our respective armors at the mere presence of a demilich.
  • Well it's hard to balance difficulty because we aren't able to change factors like damage immunity, resistance, mechanics, or hit points. Leveling players might have a far more difficult time than players with high item level. That's why it's difficult to find that happy medium. The same issues persist in weekend events…
  • Pretty good, I ran it this evening. Check your spelling in places, there were a couple of misspellings, but they're easily fixed. One of the things I'd change is the horse dialog, "nay" means "no" where as "neigh" or "*baffles* *snorts* *nickers*" could describe sounds a horse makes. The character I was using wasn't the…
  • When you choose the quest, the author's @ handle is on the button, directly above the title next to the word "by" obviously indicating the account name of the person that created it. I don't know the author's reasoning behind what you're describing, but chances are the author wasn't aware that making a quest objective to…
  • Maximum encounter count per Foundry map is 50. Encounters can have 1-6 enemies depending on the specific encounter. The defeat enemies option counts encounters and not individual enemies.
  • Search the Foundry for "Harper Chronicles" to find out more about that Mysterious Traveler.
  • Yeah. Alt-tab it, and it works again. Figured that out late yesterday, hadn't gotten the chance to update it here.
  • Logging out and then back in does not fix the issue, I've tried that, and it was to no avail. I even tried exiting out of the game completely and returning, and the issue still remained. What is happening, is that there is no way to create, edit, or add to any text field. Hot keys are still active and when an attempt at…
  • Cool. I see there's a big bug with adding or editing text in the editor at the moment, but it's good to know there's still people interested.
  • ^^ @terramak @nitocris83 ^^ See the above post. I've also had other players reporting this same issue on the Facebook group. Just making you guys aware.
  • Quest library began re-publishing, it would seem after this past week's maintenance. If all goes well it shouldn't be much longer and everything will be back up, hopefully.
  • It's temporary, although the longevity of the down time can vary because of non-Foundry issues. Everything should be as you left it, but it may be a good idea to run through any published content to check when things come back. We've had outages last months, but there was an underlying issue attributed to the republishing…
  • Just joining the chorus on this one. Runestead and VT for me. Valindra's Tower was a random queue too.
  • According to multiple sources, the Forgotten Realms Sundering events were in 1489. Wikipedia mentions the setting was in the year 1491 during our year 2015. It's safe to say we might currently be in 1493 or 1494 as far as in-game is concerned.
  • Some folks are tentatively returning for Ravenloft, this was kind of a preemptive post if/when they return. As far as support, we might want to have at least 3 quests "ready to go" in order to get the best response. Until the quests are ready, there isn't much support that can be given other than encouragement for the idea.
  • I think we're at the point of: "What you see is what you get..." We've had more modules without a class addition than modules that expanded class choices. The same could probably be said for races as well.
  • There aren't enough people who are going to put in the effort to search through the "For Review" tab to cause anything harmful. You can publish a work-in-progress and it won't affect your standing as an author. Try to move the chest at the end to an inaccessible area and mention that the quest is a work-in-progress…
  • Blacklake has been finished for almost a year now. Is anyone still around here willing to try and finish more of the series? Just checking before I try to pick up some missing zones. Chasm has me stuck, but if I can get a story connected I might be able to fill in where I need.
  • I've updated these issues a while ago, just never made a follow up post here. I'm considering submitting this quest for Feature, since it's been almost a year now and it's languished in review purgatory. I'll probably take a final proof spin through and hit the submit button, just to see what happens.
  • Features haven't happened in a long time. That would be a good question for @nitocris83. It would be great if they became a possibility, because my Harper Chronicles: Blacklake quest is also ready, I just haven't chosen to submit because of the uncertainty around Featuring.
  • You'll have to publish to be sure, but map to map works fine on live if done properly. There is an issue where parties split into separate instances of the same map, to combat this, one player at a time has to log to the character select screen and return. Usually they end up in the same instance as their party members…
  • You can change the appearance of some doors to look like the portal effects, I just can't remember which ones off of the top of my head. As far as publishing, there isn't a bustling amount of players eager to review new quests, so publishing a work-in-progress is not a huge issue. You can still edit after publishing, even…
  • It's been like that for quite some time. The work around is to publish and test transitions on the live server. You can edit your quest as much as you like even after it has been published. The only exception is Featured quests, which cannot be edited.
  • From the "Physical Description" portion of the above link: "After Asmodeus' ascension to godhood, the erinyes lost their wings, and received hooves and fangs in return, which made them look beastly." Asmodeus ascends to godhood during the events of the Spellplague.
  • Kinda makes me wonder if Brilliant Energy is similar now too, but I neither have one nor the Wards to upgrade one.
