Scourge Warlock are overpowered if "No pity, no mercy" Class feature power is working. At the moment, if activated, it only gives you combat advantage after critical strikes and doesn't give full damage of Hellish Rebuke. The main debuff of "No pity, no mercy", which makes Scourge Warlock a force to be reckoned with is not working. Supposedly it gives "%50 increase in damage dealt back to units affected by Hellish Rebuke". That in my opinion is OP, considering Scourge Warlock skills and build already revolves around damage buff against targets. It would be nice to have it fixed but also nerfed in my opinion. I play as a Scourge Warlock myself and tested and perfected its class powers. I may be new to the game but that's what makes MMORPGs fun. Learning and perfecting your chosen class and seeking to be the best in it.
