Laughing skull doesn't work

So my legendary laughing skull is no working at all and no compensation for my loss come on neverwinter!

    Quick question. Is it not working if its summoned (as in doing its job as an active companion) or is not working in that it's companions powers isn't working at all in any capacity?

    The companion power. cA and Defense stats.

    Same as the Green Slime, Alpha Compy and who knows how many others. They've been reported for months, the developers are aware.....BUT....in their community stream they stated bug fixes get prioritized and sadly, there is no time table when these will get fixed. Perhaps sometime in 2020...
