Protege Helm Can't Be Transmuted

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
On 2 of my characters the Protege Helm can't be transmuted. The items I want to use are not protected and I have the AD to transmute.

    Protege Helm is still bugged and it's appearance cannot be modified in Mod 17. I took a photo, but not sure how to post here. The Appearance tab says, "There is no appearance defined for this slot, so Protege's Visor Helm is being used. Visuals are disabled for this slot!" There's a red slash mark over the helm icon.

    Select the menu option to enable visuals. This will unlock the appearance inventory UI. If you are Dragonborn, you may be stuck with visuals disabled, until they fix that.

    Enable visuals has fixed it thanks.
