Haunted Hides of the Hall armor bugged

I noticed this in Stardock intelligence gathering quests. When fighting mobs and they all die, Berserker's Might from this armor continues to proc, keeping you aggroed in combat when you shouldn't be. The next nearest mobs are far enough away to be out of aggro radius.

    I am thinking that the armor has a larger aggro radius than you as a character does. But it does need a fix, for certain.
