Random Leveling Que

Estimated wait time for Random: Leveling Que has jumped from ~40 seconds to between 7 - 10 minutes since the release of Mod 16b, with actual wait times changing from 20 seconds or less to at 20 minutes or more. I've been darkscreened for inactivity three times this devotion cycle and still waiting on a basic, random leveling que. This must be some sort of mistake or bug on the developer's end. Please figure out what you coded incorrectly that made wait times increase 5,900%.
