Undermountain Campaign - Quest Bug - Cannot Continue

Quest: Kerestra's Muscle
Issue: After slaying Thagor you are supposed to loot "Kerestra's Orders" from the box next to Thargor. They do not light up and sparkle.

At this point people cannot complete the quest to continue to the Campaign. There are/were no less then 16 people at Thagor trying to get the orders. I logged back in today and soloed the encounter and still could not loot Kerestra's Orders.

Please fix this asap!

    Plase note: I also abandoned the quest and tried again. Same result.

    It is now working. It looks like Vankradoom instance #1 is bugged. Instance #2 worked like a charm.

    thank you. I was having trouble with this quest, it does seem like instance 1 is bugged,
    Maybe I was born with it or maybe I'm a frozen banana.... bad joke, I think so >:D mwahahaha

    I cant change my instance now... so I'm really stuck.
