[PC] Green Tool Tip/Tutorial Box stuck (bug) ? Can i disable it?

I'm having a bit of a weird issue.
So i have already opened the "profession starter kit" like two days ago. Yet i'm still being promted to open it, as you can see in the iamge. I have also shown my inventory (the box in there is for a current quest)
Anyway i don't know how to get rid of it, or fix it.
I can't click in the green box to make it vanish, its just stuck there and its Super annoying. I can deal with it sure but i would really love for it to go away. I don't know what else to do but live with it...
