soul pact daily power and the solution for reducing self damage

tested yesterday on my warlock soul weaver, soul pact damage is a non critical damage based on 2% max hp, this damage can be reduced if our defense stat is higher than our armor penetration stat, the only problem with it is that caster doesn't get healed, as name says its a soul pact not bLOod pact it needs to be a party heal like cleric angel daily power heal @mimicking#6533 @nitocris83 pass along with the team, right now soulweaver healer in lomm is a scroll fest on 2nd boss and cocoon phase its a hard kill if player isnt skilled enough with warlock heals.

    Last time I checked Soul Pact it ticked 3 to 4 times per second in a group instead one time and the amount of incoming damage can't be mirtigated, it's bugged dealing up to 80% max HP damage towards Soulweaver!
