Some characters not getting daily protector's figurines

Hi,

I have one of every class, and today three of my chars did not get the figuring reward. Synopsis below, as i also had the original quest issue:

Thu:
Only Wizard and Paladin picked up quests, and got figurines.

Fri:
After fix all characters were able to pick up quests, and got figurine.

Sat (today):
All characters were able to pickup quests, however Ranger, Barbarian and Rogue did not get the daily protector's figurine.

Current standing:
Wiz: 3 figs
Cleric: 2 figs
Fighter: 2 figs
Warlock: 2 figs
Rogue: 1 fig
Barbarian: 1 fig
Paladin: 2 figs
Ranger: 1 fig

All characters are level 80.

Sun:
All chars able to pick up quest, and got figurine.

Current standing:
Wiz: 4 figs
Cleric: 3 figs
Fighter: 3 figs
Warlock: 3 figs
Rogue: 2 figs
Barbarian: 2 figs
Paladin: 4 figs
Ranger: 2 figs

Update:
Realised i made a typo, and wanted to edit but can't, so added note below:

should be Paladin: 3 figs

And the order i have them down in, is the order i go through them when doing the quests.

Same. Done my eight (one of each class), and out of those only my Paladin and Ranger has got +1 figurine. I did them all yesterday, so they're all on one each (except the Pally, who's now on three, and Ranger, who's now on two).

My Paladin was the only character could pick up the quests on when the event started.

Of my level 20/26 characters limited to the Protectors Bounty quest, only 5 of 9 got figurines when they opened the purple Bounty boxes. None of the delivery quests have been offered for these lower level characters since the second day of the event. They all got 3 quests (2 delivery, 1 merchant protection) the first day. The patch of the servers did not change the quests offered.

Updated- Day 4
Only 4 of 9 received Figurines today. The first char did not receive the figurine from opening the Bounty box from the quest or what was a Blacklake drop. I then went to an Alliance Stronghold and acquired 21 more Bounty boxes running the Protect the Merchant quest. Opened all 21 boxes, no Figurines.

Updated - Day 5
Gee, everything works today, 9 figurines for 9 level 20-26 characters. Several only had the purple Bounty from Elminster to work with, but it *did* work today. Four of the characters got credit for the quest just by travelling through Blacklake district on their way to the back (no sight of the Merchant when the sound/credit was given). I continued to the back and chased the merchant anyway (cursing packages landing on walls or in thick bushes along the way - AAI - Annoying As Intended). Was on the verge of quitting the whole event, but today things worked. Not sure how I'm supposed to get 15 figurines at only 1/day though - I didn't need to buy them from the Zen market last year to accomplish the task. Oh, and the state of each is 4 figurines and not 5 because of days they did not drop.

I also had the issue with delivery quests not being offered. Today, it's working as it should and everyone have been offered delivery quests (who didn't already have them) and got the figurines. Mine are all level 80.

I am having the same issues. Ontrix Swordslayer@ontrix1 should have 2 more than she does now. Purchase Stareye is 2 short.

I don't know whether this issue (or maybe a combination of things) is the reason for the extension to the Anniversary event, but wanted to say thank you

I've tried twenty chests between 10:00 am PT and 13:00 PT and did not receive my Figurine for the day.
This is going to leave me short of my goal of ten for buying the Blue Unicorn.
I have no idea how to fix it or what the solution is, but I'd rather not wait another year having waited too long during a similar issue last year.

Reiterating that I received zero figurines for the 29th.
I am aware that there's only one per day.
I'm guessing that I'm not going to get help and that I'll have to spend what I have or lose out on purchasing anything at all.
I've been checking my figurines before and after popping open the first Protector's Bounty for the day.
I had hoped to get help, but I fear I won't be getting help in the next 13 hours before the event closes.
I would be very happy to be proven wrong, though the last two events have been similarly handled.

Thanks for the original fix that allowed me to collect figurines, so far, but one failed collection means zero Blue Unicorn.

You can get extra figurines by trading gifts (those blue parcels that drop from boxes) with someone else, although this is rng & a rare drop. Anyway, good luck.

Too late!
Can we at least stop expiring the event currency?
This is the third year in a row I was unable to purchase a gift because of delayed response from Cryptic.
Or am I to assume that there will never be a "Sorry, here's your missing Figurine." response?

It was sad that they didn't fix this before the event was over. I did the daily event quests every day, opened over 1300 boxes, and still didn't get the figurine every time after I finished the quests required to get it. When I did get it, it was after dozens and dozens of trips escorting the merchant, and at least 8+ hours after I had finished the dailies. I never got the figurine from the boxes I would receive when I finished the daily quests. Hopefully, it will be fixed next year.
