Unable to retrain with retraining tokens

1. Log in as Halfling/Ranger.
2. Have icon to assign powers from the Undermountain update.
3. Click to enter "Paragon Path Selection". Choose Warden.
4. Reassign powers.
5. Click to retrain powers spending 1 retraining token. (I had 17.)
6. Result: game switches back to the paragon path select screen as it displays "Retraining successful".
7. Actual result: no powers were reassigned. Retraining token was spent.
