Missing Jubilee Figurines

in Bug Reports (PlayStation®4)
1. I log in as a lvl 75 Barbarian Blademaster.
2. I earn it have Protector's Bounty (PB).
3. I open my 1st PB box of the day.
4. Expected outcome Protector's Figurines (as described in the description of the PB box) & possibly 1 or 2 random items.
5. Receive 1 or 2 random items and zero figurines.
6. Note: My husband plays Neverwinter on the same PS4 as I do and he does get the figurines in his 1st PB box of the day like you are supposed to.

    On day one of the Jubilee I obtained a figurine on both of my characters. On day two (yesterday) i did not receive a figurine on either of my two characters.

    I've not been receiving figurines at all from the Protector's Bounty boxes.

    Its all RNG as far as I know. I have 5 characters so far participating and only one received any (all doing the same tasks too)

    I think the once per day reset is on specific time in exact 24hour from the last box u open with figurine. I open my 1st box at 9:45 am. Then the next day I open at 9:30am and I get nothing. However I waited another 20min and open at 9:50 I get the figurine.

    I have never gotten any, not one figurine from a Protector's Bounty box. Not even the first one I opened this Jubilee.

    Sorry, my bad. Didn't realize its ps4 forum. My comment are meant for PC.
