Fighter's Heavy Slash has an adverse effect

in Bug Reports (PlayStation®4)
It says it increases damage dealt by 5% but it is decreasing damage dealt. Since it is supposed to be a buff it is decreasing all damage dealt.

    I did some further testing. When I first used it was on the Lv80 Dummies in Stronghold. After using Heavy Slash all damage dropped to 1. I then tested in Enclave on Dummies and the buff worked properly. I then tested on Orcs in the Stronghold, same result as Stronghold Dummies. I cannot say if this is all Lv80 enemies or just Stronghold since I do not have access to other Lv80 enemies yet.
