Tyranny of Dragons campaign bug

You must have already completed the campain task "Dragonforged Artifact" (described as repeatable) once with the character specified.
1. Log in as lvl 70 ranger.
2. Open campaign page for Tyranny of Dragons: Well of Dragons.
3. Go to "Dragonforged Artifact" campaign task (Repeatable). Have all the required items to complete it, again.
4.Click on start / attempt to complete it.
Result: Task does not start. Screen simply diplays the information window for the task as if you have not done anything.
