Runic Encounters - Encounter Damage

Well,

It's said in the icon that the debuff is "encounter powers causes back damage", while I was getting damage from at wills instead.

Happened in a dozen of REs that this debuff was trigged.

    Maybe you're taking damage because other people are using encounter powers.
    I'm not looking for forgiveness, and I'm way past asking permission. Earth just lost her best defender, so we're here to fight. And if you want to stand in our way, we'll fight you too.

    I posted about this a week or so ago, no response. It is not damage from other people's encounters as it will still occur when you are they only person at the Empowered Runic Encounter. 5000 damage, everytime, never changes, encounter AND at-will powers.
