Barbarian Control Immunity Not Working

Situation #1 (Ticket No. 4.851.221):
Blademaster paragon running Master Expedition with 1x rune with Runic Specter Bane

Runic Specters after killing mobs. While Battlerage activated (which is supposed to have control immunity, these runic specter are still able to stuns/daze

Situation #2 (Ticket No. 4.851.224):
While attacking with Crescendo, ANY control effect will immediately cancel Crescendo; all Action Points are removed. The skill states it has control immunity while attacking.

    same situation with me. CC immunity is failing.

    I'm wondering how many classes are having issues with CC immunity frames now. The rogue at will duelist's flurry has had a very important CC immunity frame since mod 1 and it stopped working correctly after mod 16 dropped. Its immunity no longer works against most CCs.
