in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
After completing this quest for master work I recipe, and turning it in the quest just re started without giving the recipe book. Normally small issues aren’t worth trying to resolve but this quest took a few months and tons of resources to complete. Would just like to receive the recipe without having to try to complete the quest a second time

    Did the Artisan actually take the items you were turning in? I had something similar happen because I had protected the items to prevent accidental refining. When I removed protection the quest completed properly.

    No artisan took items , turned in at different times. Quest re started. No recipe given.
