You were warned in preview that this quest was a cluster F.....
Trying to get 10 bile sacs when you have 15 odd people doing the same quest ......

    I found that on Preview you could travel down to a lower level and kill those spiders to get the bile sacs too. It was just outside the circle.

    This quest isn't part of the main story. Just skip it.
