    1- Wizards Spell mastery no longer aplly special effects on power and only gives a 10% damage bonus to the encounter power sloted,

    2- no need to rank up enchantments/runestones and insignias because scale down system will destroy ur rating, when you run tired of queuing for lair of the mad mage
