Ok, I know when I first started playing I was able to do "crafting" type things, which I believe is now professions? I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get to it! HELP!

    It is always "profession". In mod 15, it is still profession but it is a new kind.
    To work with the new profession, the first thing to do is to talk to Knox.

    You may not be of high enough level. Can't remember what level you need to be, but it is higher than it used to be.

    Anyway, talk to Knox as suggested. If you are able then he will have a mission for you. If not then keep on keeping on and check in at every 0 and 5 level to see if it showed up yet.

    I am level 70. I went to Knox and he said nothing about professions

    Did he say anything about workshop?
    If you type 'N', you should see the red message telling you to talk to Knox regarding Workshop Opportunity.
    If that message does not come up, that means you already accept the quest. Then, go to the workshop area which will trigger the workshop cut scene. The 'workshop area' is in the south east of the market building.
