Can someone tell the person in the art department thinks that tiny round shields are a wanted thing to stop.
I don't understand why Paladins get the biggest shield graphics but Guardian Fighters would like some love too.
I was just looking at the new graphics on the recent Undermountain rewards post and see a tiny round shield again for GF's meanwhile the Paladin one is huge and looks awesome.

IMO, shields should be useable by both classes to give more options for looks. Or at the very least let them be transmutable by both classes if they want to try out new graphics.

My GF looks silly hiding behind a pizza plate.

    You're right, but they were mostl used by Barbarians, exc. Vikings who used Round Shields as did early knights. Later Knights used the Kite Shield like the larger version of the Paladin's Shield.

    Bucklers were also used by crew in the age of sail. Cutlass and buckler. Less storage space and easier to use on a ship deck during boarding actions.

    Since it is a right shield, they should add a power to allow you to throw it like Captain America. :)

    I like the small buckler shields. I think both Paladin and Guardian shields are WAY too big. They look gaudy. My paladin has the round one with spikes along its edge and my guardian has the round buckler. All the others look terrible IMO.

    Rather see kite shields like the GF gets, as opposed to tower shields that the OP gets. Most of the tower shields are ugly.

    No then Marvel would sue them... again. Worst yet they are now a Disney property.... ugh, Disney lawyers. So technically it would be Disney and not the second lawsuit by Marvel, but the first.

    Um .... they actually DID. Mod 16 GFs have an encounter power to throw their shield ....

    I am not so crazy about some of these oversized shields that my Paladin gets, but I would just like to see a more general mix.

    Give both Fighters and Paladins some smaller shields, some larger shields, and some in-between shields.

    Make some shields "realistic", make some pure fantasy, and make some in-between.

    Give both Fighters and Paladins shields of all sorts so as to better be able to tailor their character's appearance to their taste.

    You can transmute the shield using one of the pet gears that drop on the Stronghold map and make it invisible.

    Fighter's can "Throw Shield" as a power.
